Yes, all versions of our software will allow you to create Practice or Play Money tables.

In subscription poker, your revenue is primarily through monthly subscriptions received from your members to play the games for free.
In Real Money players, your revenue primarily comes from a commission on the pot for each completed hand and tournament fees.

No there is no limit to the number of tables you can create on your poker site for playing games

Play money software costs the same as real money software. Although you are offering it to your players for fun, the cost remains the same.

Our Poker software is available for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac OS. An HTML5 browser version will be available soon.

An HTML5 Browser version is under development and will be available as an option soon.

Yes our software will run on both 32 and 64 bit windows operating systems with Windows 2000 or later versions. Software is also supported on MAC OSx

Yes the software is hot scalable to support thousands of concurrent players. Our Dynamic Load Balancing technology means you can scale the software within 30 minutes if required.

The system can support 10000 concurrent players per server. The scaling can increase this number in multiples of hardware boxes and CPU scaling. The exact specifications for this are available on request only.

Minimum Server requirements are as follows:

Yes we have already provided and have land based casinos operational on our software. The degree of customization offers total control on your entire operations.

We have various support options available for customers and their players. Depending on the product solution chosen by you, we can offer a variety of support options such as Phone, Live Chat, Email and Ticket Systems. All custom built software is also supported by our warranties as detailed under your contract. We provide 24×7 support to all our customers.

Depending on the design, we require 2-4 weeks for deployment following design approval from your side. You are welcome to provide design ideas and we will do our best to incorporate these in the software. Not all our licensing models can be customized. Please consult the sales representative for information about customization and design.

We have incorporated many cutting edge technologies to provide a smooth gaming experience even for dial-up customers. If the connection quality is very poor with frequent disruptions to communications between the client and server, there will be a drop in the quality of experience. We do suggest a cable or broadband connection with 64kbps speed for decent game play.

Our poker and casino solution includes a complete multi-tier fully integrated poker and casino affiliate management system along with banners and codes. You can also add more banners as you like from your admin control panel. These will be immediately available to your affiliates in real-time.

The software is built from the ground up with security in mind.

• All communications between the client and server are on a secure channel (TLS)
• All communication between client and server is fully encrypted with 2 layers of security encryption. We use the Blowfish and RSA 2048 bit encryption algorithms in dual layer mode.
• Client software is fully protected by encrypting and protecting it with industrial strength software that prevent any kind of reverse engineering.

Yes our software has multilingual support though the software is only delivered in English. Please discuss your multilingual needs with our sales representative to understand the process of adding more languages. We will offer necessary assistance to include the languages of your choice free of cost.

All customers who buy our poker software are provided full training in administration, management and use of the poker back end system free of cost. Additional assistance is available at all times via email and live chat in case you need any additional help in usage of the system. In addition, the entire system is delivered with full documentation and user manuals for easy access to help and references.

Each customer is offered updates based on the package that is purchased. Depending on your chosen package, you will receive all updates to the extent of your update coverage.
